I had the pleasure of documenting the Bacchanal pop up with Safta (the dreamiest pairing) at the Source in Denver this past August. The wine was flowing & the food was delicious, paired with friends and the best music (they flew in some of their regular bands from New Orleans), this was one of my most favorite events of all time and I can only wish for it to happen again.
Walk in to the event, pick out a bottle of wine, grab a bucket + some ice (just like you do in Nola at Bacchanal), order some food from the genius minds of chefs Alon Shaya and Joaquin Rodas. A cheese board is a must!
