This booking site is for Realtors & MLS Photoshoot Appointments only. Pricing applies for a single usage license for an active MLS listing. If you are looking for photography for your interior design business, vacation rental home, if you are a contractor, developer, builder etc., please email proudfitphoto@gmail.com for a custom quote.

For MLS Photoshoots, Amanda services an area of an approximate 30 mile radius of Denver. Anything outside of this service area incurs an additional service fee (you can check the box for this option when booking).

Select a package + any desired add ons from the scheduler above. Once a package is selected, add in all relevant information such as address of listing, entry information (whether you will be present at the photoshoot or not), and any unique/stand out shots desired. After the photoshoot, high & web resolution images will be sent within two business days via Dropbox to the email provided in booking. Rush deliveries can be added on for an additional fee to guarantee next day delivery. First time clients will be required to sign an annual contract with Amanda upon booking your first photoshoot.

I photograph homes in an editorial style, which means I don't shoot at super wide/distorted angles and prefer to photograph homes with the lights off as often as possible. This results in more more harmonious and visually appealing images, and allows me to capture a space with its natural shadows and highlights that give a space its unique personality. Lights on creates color conflicts between the natural and artificial lighting within a home, and generally creates images that are more flat, harsh and lacking in character.

If a photoshoot is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the shoot, 50% fee of full amount will be retained. If less than 24 hours notice is given to Amanda, she will retain 100% of the shoot fee. If the property is not photo-ready or non-accessible a 100% fee of full amount will be charged to client. Any cancellations or refunds are subject to a 10% fee to cover credit card fees. These terms and conditions are also boxes checked each time you book an MLS shoot with Amanda.
