If this is your first time working with me, welcome. I will list out the steps of how I approach my photoshoots, as well as my pricing structure, below.

Initial Call + Estimate

If you are on this page, then that means we have already discussed the details of your shoot over a call. If not, please book an intake call with me using this link. After our call, I will provide a project estimate (this is not the final invoice) where I will list out what we have gone over + what I estimate the shoot invoice will be. If there are any questions about the estimate, we can do an estimate review and revise if needed. Once both parties approve, I will send over a contract + invoice for the shoot retainer to hold the date for the shoot. The discussed date will only held for 24 hours after sending the above information, until the shoot retainer is paid.

Rates

I have a two hour shoot minimum, to accommodate for time for gear set up + pack down during the photoshoot. The following rates are for a single usage license.

Two hour creative fee: $600
Half day creative fee: $1500
Full day creative fee: $2400

Per image rate: $50

Photoshoot scout rate: $150/hr

Assistant rate (typically required/very helpful for full day shoot): $450

Pre + Post Process

Before the shoot, a scouting session is highly preferred but I understand not always possible. If it is not possible, any possible phone photography imagery of the spaces to be photographed are highly encouraged as well as time of day the photos were taken. This way we can come up with a strategy for order of photos day of the shoot as well as a shot list.

During the photoshoot, I will be referencing the shot list that we come up with together, as well as taking spontaneous photos that I may notice during the shoot organically. Typically I am able to accomplish 2-5 photos per hour, depending on the shot. On a full day shoot, you can expect around 30 total images. I do all my photoshoots tethered to my laptop so we can do image reviews throughout the day as needed to ensure each shot is achieved.

Post photoshoot, an unedited watermarked proofing gallery will be sent to client for image approval and elimination of any images for editing as needed. Screenshots from this gallery are not allowed. Once final selections have been made, edits + retouching will be made to the images and final high res edited image delivery can be anticipated within 2-4 weeks from gallery selection approval. Images will only be sent once final payments for image selections have been made. Any additional retouching beyond the normal scope of editing will be billed at a rate of $125/hour.

The above rates + usage are for single party usage only. Image sharing with other parties commercially is not included. For cost sharing and multiple usage rights, this can be set up before the photoshoot when the contract is written up, and it can also be added on post photoshoot as well.
