Greenwood Village Addition & Renovation Project

modern farmhouse home in denver, colorado

Colorado interior photographer Amanda Proudfit was happy to collaborate with Cult Creative & Ascent Contracting for a stand-out interior design and architecture photo session in the summer of 2023, capturing this beautiful modern farmhouse style home nestled in the desirable Greenwood Village neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. This 8,000 square foot residence boasts a clean black, white and wood exterior, with stunning interiors, and proved to be an instant hit on the market, selling within the first weekend of its listing.

The quad-level floor plan of this home is designed to cater to the needs of families, featuring expansive spaces for the kitchen, primary bedroom, hangout areas, and more. As a Denver-based interior design photographer, I was taken by the unique details that set this home apart. The herringbone floors, expansive windows, and distinctive light fixtures added a fresh and intriguing touch to every corner.

What truly makes this home so fun to photograph is the attention to detail. The interplay of brass and gold metals coupled with tasteful wooden built-ins infuses a natural warmth into the living spaces. This warmth is illuminated by a multitude of windows throughout the home, most notably a sliding glass door by NanaWall that completely opens to the backyard.

This interior design + architecture photography project stands out as one of my favorite shoots of 2023 in Colorado. The seamless blend of modern aesthetics, family-friendly design, and exquisite details make it a testament to the vibrant real estate landscape in Denver.
